Return and refund policy

Digital products

All Wild Mama guides are digital products delivered via instant download.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided the customer has given consent.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital content
  • Delivery begins immediately after payment
  • You lose your statutory right to cancel once the download is available

Exceptions

We want your experience with Wild Mama to feel supportive and positive. Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the guide and we were unable to resolve it

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Not eligible for refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Incompatibility with your device or software
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase
  • Personal preference or expectations around outcomes
